As a Wisconsin boudoir photographer, it was SO much fun to work outside of my box for this outdoor beach shoot in Florida!

This Florida session was one for the books. We shot just outside Orlando near Kissimmee, where the ocean setting gave us the dreamiest natural backdrop. While I will always love shooting in my studio, this was just an extra special adventure to create with someone in a new place.
Think tall grass swaying in the wind, the warm glow of golden hour everywhere you look, and soft waves like a soundtrack for our session. It felt wild and free, yet soft and feminine.
And I saw the same things reflected in our session itself. My client was so ready for her outdoor beach shoot, and she absolutely nailed it.
This client (who is now a new friend!) brought the most beautiful energy to this shoot. She was sweet, open, and ready to embrace both the softness and the spice. We played with a mix of gentle, feminine posing and a few bold, sultry looks to add a touch of spice. The wardrobe changes reflected both sides of her personality: flowy and romantic, then sleek and a little daring. A good reminder that your session doesn't have to be ONE thing.
What I loved most about this day though, though, wasn’t just the scenery or the outfits. It was how honest and real it felt.
Boudoir is about more than a "perfect" picture. It’s about honoring your body, your story, and everything that makes you you.
So when editing this gallery, I made sure to honor her without extensive retouching. I make this same promise to all my clients, in studio or outside. The editing you experience will stay true to who you are. Because I truly believe every part of your body tells your story, and alllll of it is worthy of being seen and celebrated.
This is the heart of what I do as a Wisconsin boudoir photographer: creating a space where you get to be seen, heard, and celebrated just as you are.
