When this client first reached out, her idea was simple. She wanted to create a 40th birthday gift for her husband. Something personal, but something unexpected. This was he would never see coming.
What she didn’t expect was how powerful the experience would be for her.

This part of the session is always a favorite. It gives clients time to settle in, chat, and enjoy a little pampering before stepping in front of the camera.
Instead of feeling nervous, she described the experience as fun and energizing. Seeing herself fully styled helped her shift into the moment and realize she was ready to rock the shoot.

The studio set the perfect tone for the session. Rich golden curtains, warm lighting, and vintage furniture created a bold yet intimate atmosphere.
Her outfits were the perfect match for the space. She wore a stunning embroidered bodysuit with deep red and teal details that highlighted her tattoos beautifully. Another look featured delicate black lace with soft scalloped edges that added an elegant and classic feel.
Throughout the session she moved between poses on a vintage leather couch, standing against glowing velvet curtains, and relaxing into the soft light pouring through the window.
She was a vision!!
The result was a gallery full of images that felt powerful, feminine, and undeniably confident.

At first, this experience was meant to be a session for her husband.
But by the end of the session, she realized something important.
The photos were also a gift for herself.
